Request refund

  • To request a refund, enter the order number above. Please refer to the order confirmation email to get the order number.
  • Only orders from flowneuroscience.com can be refunded through this form.
  • If you have a problem with your device and want to claim warranty instead, contact support@flowneuroscience.com.
  • The Flow device should be returned in like-new condition (we accept that some of the pads have been used for testing).
  • You can request a refund up to 30 days from the order date.
  • If you are eligible for a refund we will cover the return shipping cost. You will get an email with a DHL waybill. You will need to contact DHL in your country to book the pick-up.
  • We only cover the shipping cost from the same address as the order was shipped to. If you want to return it from another address you will have to cover the shipping cost.
  • Amazon orders need to be handled through Amazon.
